How do you tie Thai fisherman pants?
- Step in and hold the wide waist open in front of you.
- Fold one side of the waist to the middle.
- Fold the other side over it.
- Bring the ties round and tie them at the front.
- Pull the knot snug.
- Fold the top of the waist down over the ties.
The first time takes a minute. After that it's ten seconds, and the steps are printed on the bag in case you forget.
What size Thai fisherman pants do I need?
You don't pick a waist size. The 51.2 in (130 cm) wrap waist fits most people who wear US S to L, about 26 to 38 in around. You only choose the length: Regular is 38 in from the waistband down, Extra Long is 40 in. If you're tall, take Extra Long.
Are Thai fisherman pants good for yoga and travel?
That's what most people buy them for. The cut is wide in the leg and open at the waist, so you can sit cross-legged, stretch or sleep on a long flight without anything pinching. Cotton breathes on hot days, and the pants roll up small in a backpack.
