Shipping & returns
We make everything by hand in Kathmandu, Nepal, then send it to Amazon's warehouses in the US, so you get it fast with Prime. Here's how shipping, returns and exchanges work.
Orders on Amazon
Most of our pieces are sold on Amazon and shipped by Amazon from US warehouses. Shipping is free with Prime, usually in one or two days; the exact date shows at checkout.
Returns go through Amazon, under Amazon's return policy. Open Your Orders, choose the item and select Return or replace items. If a size is wrong, return it and order the other size.
Orders on Etsy
Our Etsy shop has the same handmade pieces and a few more. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Message us on Etsy before you send anything back, and we'll tell you what to do.
Worldwide shipping
All orders ship from the US, and we ship worldwide. Delivery times outside the US depend on the carrier and your country's customs. Duties and import taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by the buyer.
Before you return a hat
Most returns we see are hats that were a size too small. Measure your head and check the hemp hat size guide, or, for heads over 61.5 cm (24¼ in), the guide to sun hats for big heads.
Shipping and returns questions
How long does shipping take?
Amazon orders ship from Amazon's US warehouses, free with Prime. Prime orders usually arrive in one to two days; Amazon shows the exact delivery date at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Amazon orders follow Amazon's return policy: start the return from Your Orders on Amazon. Etsy orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery; message us through Etsy first.
What if my hat doesn't fit?
Return it and order the other size. Before you do, check the hat size guide; most fit problems are solved by going one size up.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship from the US to customers worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the buyer.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
For Amazon orders, contact us through Amazon from Your Orders so the order details are attached. For Etsy orders, message us on Etsy. Either way, we'll sort it out.
