Why does mine look different from the photo?
Because it's pieced by hand. Our makers in Kathmandu sew each poncho from different strips of woven cotton, so the patches never line up the same way twice. Same colour family. Different layout.
Patchwork poncho or Gheri poncho?
The patchwork one is lighter and louder. Throw it over a T-shirt on a cool September evening. The Gheri cotton poncho is heavier and warmer, closer to a jacket, and it's the one you'll want by a campfire in November.
